                                Co-Founder and Principal 
Harold is a Certified Coach, Harvard MBA, CPA, with over 25 years of business experience.  He has held senior level executive positions in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management, Corporate Strategy and Accounting. As Vice President, Global Strategic Change for McDonald’s Corporation Harold coached senior executives leading major change programs. Harold also lead the strategic change aspect of a $500 Million global business transformation effort. 

Harold believes leadership is not a position or a title, but away of being. To that end, his coaching techniques are client centered, integrating executive business performance, leadership effectiveness and personal development. Harold’s ability to connect with his clients on a business and personal level allows him to establish credibility and genuine trust. The trust earned coupled with his unique coaching processes empowers clients to gain deeper self-discovery leading to conscience action and sustained behavior change. Clients discover a new level of commitment to achieving their personal goals and gain a renewed sense of commitment to their organization.

Carter has been a Certified Coach for over 10 years and has over 25 years of senior executive experience. He has held positions such as Senior Vice President of Restaurant Support for a 2,500 store restaurant division which generated $3.7 Billion in annual sales, Senior Vice President of Franchising and Franchise Relations for McDonald USA’s 2,600 franchisees; and founding President of McDonald’s South Africa.  

Carter’s unique capabilities as an executive coach and strategist come from studying world-class coaches and business leaders, hands-on coaching of individuals and teams, developing emerging leaders, and achieving extraordinary business results in highly competitive retail markets. Carter’s philosophy is that leaders need to be prepared to make the necessary changes within themselves in order to facilitate the organizational transformation required to achieve the targeted business results. He encourages his clients to step outside of their comfort zone as a means of enhancing and developing skills that are essential for exceptional leaders. 

A native of Chicago, Carter earned a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine.
